The vault key id_ed25519_forgedev_poseidon was retired in the fleet SSH
standardization. Point docs and the integration test at the `ssh arcane`
alias managed by spaces-ssh-config-helper, and stop auto-accepting a
changed arcane host key; fail with the fleet update steps instead.
